We advise on presentation and pricing to ensure your property attracts quality tenants. This may include guidance on layout, furnishings, or small improvements that can make a meaningful difference.

3. Marketing & Launch

Your property is professionally marketed with strong photography and clear descriptions, giving it maximum exposure across relevant platforms.

4. Viewings & Tenant Selection

All viewings are accompanied and tenants are carefully assessed. We focus on finding reliable, suitable tenants not just filling the property quickly.

5. Referencing & Vetting

Once a suitable tenant is identified, we carry out full  reference checks and collect documentation to give you confidence before proceeding.

6. Condition Report & Handover

Ensure the first month’s rent and the deposit are paid by the tenant prior to the start of the tenancy, and prepare a Schedule of Condition (additional charges may apply for furnished properties).
